This hotel exceeded our expectations with the exclusive amenities and exceptional service provided. the Spa & wellness centre was outstanding, with a steam room and massages fulfilling our luxurious needs. the outdoor swimming pool was a highlight, with sun loungers and beach umbrellas providing ultimate relaxation. the poolside snack bar was satisfactory, with an extensive range of cocktails and snacks.

The only minor issue we encountered was the lack of private facilities in the room, which we were expecting for a hotel of this calibre. the room itself was spacious and clean, with a great view of the city.

Friendly staff, classy interior design, valuable pool terrace. Clean rooms with soundproofing. Convenient location near attractions, beautiful park. Great Half Board service, good breakfast and dinner. Limited waiter service.

Overall very positive stay. Property is exceptional, incredible pool, upscale rooms. The efficient service and attention to detail from fine staff.

The breakfast was delicious with yummy pastry, with lots of excellent options. The check-in was early, we loved downstairs bar. The location was incredible, just 5 minutes walk from Parking.

The location is just perfect, right next to the main entrance of the Alhambra. The hotel is also conveniently located near the center of Granada, making it easy to explore the city by foot. The rooms are spacious and the bathroom is well-equipped with a separate bath tub and shower room. The front desk officer is extremely helpful and provides excellent hospitality throughout the stay.

Loved how outstanding the property was and its pretty friendly staff in assisting advising nothing. The room was stylish and luxurious with bathtubs, I had a good rest. Fantastic and unbeatable location, walking distance to Alhambra and Generalife.

The hotel's location was ideal, with key attractions within walking distance and easy access to transportation options. Additionally, the rooms were modern and comfortable, providing a pleasant stay.

The staff seemed to lack proper training, resulting in some issues during our stay. On our first day, we were given vague instructions for visiting the city, which led us to walk in the wrong direction on a hot day.

Perfect location, just a short walk from the main attraction and city center. Beautifully decorated rooms with modern amenities. Friendly and helpful staff, made my xmas stay even more enjoyable

Limited parking options, had to park my car quite far from the hotel. Some areas of the hotel could use a renovation, like the pool area.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for exploring the city's historic sites. The room was beautifully decorated and very clean. I particularly enjoyed the welcome drink at the bar upon arrival, it was a lovely touch. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay.

The location of the hotel is its biggest advantage. It is situated right opposite the Alhambra castle, a mere stone's throw away from the palace. You can easily walk to the Alhambra, and the bus stop adjoining the hotel allows for convenient transportation to the center of town. The rooms are lovely and spacious, with a comfortable bed and a great shower. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly, always going out of their way to please guests. the location and service of the hotel are exceptional.

Where do I begin? My recent stay at Aurea Washington Irving was excellent in every way. The staff, from reception to dining room, were welcoming and attentive. The breakfast had a wide variety of options. The proximity to the Alhambra was perfect. The room was spacious and luxurious with a plush bathroom. The staff was attentive and the hotel offered great value compared to others in the area. I would definitely stay here again.

I had an incredible time staying at this hotel. The location was exceptional, just a few steps away from the main attraction of the city. Transportation was not a problem because there were several bus stops nearby. Another great feature was the staff's hospitality and the breakfast was also amazing. The hotel was very clean and had a lot of great facilities, such as a spacious bathroom and parking.

Our stay at Aurea Washington Irving was almost perfect. The hotel's modern and stylish aesthetic made for a pleasant atmosphere throughout our stay. The room had a great view of The Alhambra and was equipped with everything we needed. The shower was amazing and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. We appreciated all the little touches that made our stay memorable. we were extremely satisfied with our experience at this hotel.

Although we loved our stay, there were a few minor drawbacks. The balcony couldn't be fully opened, but we understood that it was for safety reasons.

If you're looking for a perfect stay with a location, you can't beat this hotel. You're in close proximity to the Alhambra, either by looking out your window or walking across the street. Plus, you can take the small commuter vans to busy Spanish tourist locations. Enjoy some excellent tapas late in the evening, or grab lunch at the pool bar, which was of good value for money. The room was modern with spacious and plush bathrooms; the staff was always attentive. However, the spa service could've been better. great facilities and good value for money.
